Agency review

# ReputationUP review

ReputationUP operates across reputation management, privacy, content removal, monitoring and digital-risk work. Its public footprint is unusually broad, while several buyer-critical claims require reconciliation: the current legal entities date from 2018, removal guarantees conflict with newer editorial guidance, and the ISO certificates still linked by the company expired in August 2025\.

Corporate history and entities

## The current legal record begins in 2018, while the website presents a longer operating history

ReputationUP's current About material says the business has been working for clients for 20 years. The Spanish entity identified throughout the website, Reputation UP S.L., has a legal-entity creation date of September 2018 in the LEI record. The public materials reviewed for this article do not explain what earlier corporate structure, brand or predecessor activity supports the longer history claim.

Spanish entity **Reputation UP S.L. is the website's current data controller and copyright entity**

The Privacy Policy identifies Reputation UP S.L., CIF B44512325, in Castellón de la Plana. The LEI database records the entity as active in Spain and gives a creation date of September 25, 2018\.

**U.S. entity**

[BBB lists Reputation UP LLC](https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/miami/profile/reputation-management/reputation-up-llc-0633-92047097?ref=reputation-insider.com) in Miami, Florida, using the same reputationup.com domain. BBB records Andrea Baggio as CEO and Juan Ricardo Palacio Escobar as Chief Technology Officer, with the business incorporated in August 2018.

**Leadership presentation**

The main website currently identifies Andrea Baggio as CEO EMEA and Juan Ricardo Palacio as CEO Americas. The team page lists regional and operational roles, although most employees are displayed by first name only.

A cross-border buyer should ask which legal entity will sign the agreement, receive payment, process client data and carry professional responsibility for the engagement.

International presence

## The website says ReputationUP is based in 14 countries, while public contact details use a mix of regional offices and local numbers

The location page says the company is present in 14 countries across Europe and the Americas. The current contact page exposes country-specific telephone routes for markets including Spain, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands, Australia, Saudi Arabia, France, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland and the United States.

Published footprint

**Fourteen-country presence is a first-party claim**

The location page presents the network as international offices available 24/7, but it does not provide a complete legal-entity and street-address list for every country from the main page.

Buyer diligence

**A local telephone number should not be treated as proof of a local contracting entity**

For regulated, privacy-sensitive or public-sector work, buyers should establish which office is operational, which entity signs, and where client data is handled.

Removal guarantees

## The strongest guarantee language on the service pages conflicts with ReputationUP's own 2026 guidance

This is the most important claim to resolve before purchase. Current service and policy pages still use absolute wording around removal, while newer editorial material published by ReputationUP explains that removal depends on the source, jurisdiction, evidence, platform rules and public interest.

Removal service

**The service page says ReputationUP guarantees removal of any negative content**

The page lists links, articles, news, video, images, audio, phone numbers, personal information and exposed documents, and describes interventions as 100% guaranteed.

Ethical code

**The code says the company guarantees removal of any information found and restoration of online reputation**

The same code also acknowledges that some information in the public domain should remain public, which makes the scope of the guarantee unclear without the client contract.

2026 guidance

**ReputationUP now writes that absolute guarantees made before assessing a case damage credibility**

Its recent removal guidance says negative material is not automatically removable and that a defensible route depends on legal, technical, editorial or platform grounds.

The signed proposal should define the exact guaranteed obligation, the exclusions, the deadline and the remedy if a removal attempt fails. Buyers should avoid relying on the website wording alone.

ISO certification

## The certificates currently linked from the website expired in August 2025

ReputationUP continues to link an ISO Certification document from its current footer and describes the company as ISO-certified in current editorial material. The PDF linked by the site contains ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certificates issued to Reputation Up, S.L. in 2022\.

Current published evidence **The linked certificates are no longer within their stated validity periods**

The ISO 9001 certificate shows an expiry date of August 23, 2025\. The ISO 27001 certificate shows an expiry date of August 25, 2025\. Reputation Insider did not find a newer certificate through the public site during this review.

ISO 9001:2015 **Quality management system**

The published scope covers consultancy and internet-information strategies for reputational purposes.

ISO 27001:2013 **Information security management system**

The published scope covers the information-security system supporting consultancy and internet-information strategies for reputational purposes.

Buyers that need current certification for procurement should request renewed certificates and verify the entity, scope and current validity dates before relying on the website badge.

Service scope

## The commercial offer extends well beyond search-result suppression

ReputationUP combines conventional ORM with monitoring, privacy, cyber-risk and crisis services. This breadth can make the engagement more complex because different workstreams involve different expertise, legal grounds and third-party dependencies.

Reputation remediation

### Removal, deindexing, search management and reputation repair sit at the center of the offer

The company describes legal, platform and search routes for negative content, alongside longer-term work where the original source remains online.

Monitoring

### RepUP is sold as a separate monitoring product with web, social, broadcast and dark-web coverage

The tool supports keywords, URLs, domains, profiles and hashtags, with multilingual dashboards and exported reporting.

Privacy and cyber work

### The portfolio includes cyber intelligence, privacy work and sextortion response

These services sit outside standard SEO-led reputation work and should be scoped with clear technical and legal responsibilities.

Risk and crisis

### The company also markets risk intelligence, financial reputation and crisis-management services

Buyers should establish which deliverables are produced by the ORM team and which require separate specialist support.

Published pricing

## Monitoring has a public price list; core ORM and removal engagements remain largely quote-led

ReputationUP publishes standard monthly prices for its monitoring product. The main reputation-management and removal pages direct buyers into consultation and case assessment rather than a standard agency rate card.

Professional **€900 / month**

Up to 20,000 monitoring results per month.

Premium **€1,490 / month**

Up to 100,000 monitoring results per month.

Elite **€8,900 / month**

Up to 1,000,000 monitoring results per month.

**Removal pricing is less standardized publicly**

An Italian guide on the site gives a broad range of €250 to €25,000 per link after analysis. Reputation Insider treats that as published guidance rather than a current formal price list for all removal cases.

Terms, contracting and refunds

## The public legal pages do not provide a clean view of the commercial agreement across jurisdictions

ReputationUP's public Terms and Conditions are written mainly as website-use terms. They identify ReputationUP S.L. and state that the assistance provided to clients is subject to prevailing law of the Netherlands, even though the website's data controller and copyright entity are Spanish.

**The U.S. BBB profile publishes a more specific refund policy for Reputation UP LLC**

BBB states that a proportional refund may be issued when a client cancels for justified reasons connected to ReputationUP's non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. Requests must be made formally and, if approved, can take up to 90 days to process.

**Entity-specific terms**

The public pages do not make clear whether the BBB refund policy for the U.S. LLC also applies to contracts signed with Reputation UP S.L. or other regional operations.

**Governing law**

The Netherlands-law wording on the global Terms deserves clarification where the contracting entity is Spanish or American.

**Service agreement**

A buyer should request the actual client contract before payment and check termination, refund, deliverable ownership, confidentiality, data processing and responsibility for third-party actions.

Independent client evidence

## The independent review footprint is visible but still small relative to the company's global claims

ReputationUP says it prioritizes client confidentiality and does not publish a conventional testimonial list. Independent review platforms therefore carry more weight when assessing public client evidence.

**4.0 / 5** Trustpilot 26 reviews when checked in September 2026

**1 review** BBB 5/5 customer review; U.S. business accredited since April 2025

**0 reviews** G2 Claimed vendor profile with no published reviews

**Trustpilot**

The claimed profile has 26 reviews, including five posted in the previous 12 months when checked. The sample is useful, but its scale is limited for a business describing operations across 14 countries.

**BBB**

The Miami Reputation UP LLC profile is A+ rated and accredited. BBB currently displays one customer review and also publishes the U.S. entity's refund policy.

**Other directories**

G2 currently shows no reviews. Sortlist also shows no reviews for its ReputationUP listing, which limits the amount of project-level independent evidence available through major agency directories.

Public case evidence

## The current case-study section functions mainly as editorial commentary rather than a client outcome library

ReputationUP maintains a section labeled case studies and reputational analysis, but the current material is dominated by public-event commentary, legal developments and general frameworks. Reputation Insider did not find a substantial current library of named client engagements with independently checkable starting conditions and outcomes.

Confidentiality position **The company explicitly says it does not publish a conventional testimonial list because of client privacy**

This is understandable for sensitive reputation work, but it reduces the amount of public evidence available to a buyer. For larger engagements, references can be requested privately and verified against the proposed service scope.

Procurement diligence

## The proposal should resolve the differences between the public claims and the enforceable service terms

01

**Identify the contracting entity and jurisdiction**

Confirm whether the agreement is with the Spanish S.L., U.S. LLC or another entity, and establish governing law, invoicing entity and data-controller responsibilities.

02

**Convert the removal guarantee into a defined contractual obligation**

Require the contract to state what is guaranteed, which cases are excluded, what deadline applies and what refund or credit follows if the obligation is not met.

03

**Request current ISO certificates if certification is material**

The certificates linked publicly expired in August 2025\. Procurement should verify any renewed certificate directly before treating the badge as current assurance.

04

**Ask for relevant client references under confidentiality**

The public case evidence is limited. A reference from a client with a comparable jurisdiction, removal problem and project length will be more informative than broad global claims.

Reputation Insider verdict

## ReputationUP has a broad international offer, while its public guarantees and compliance evidence need closer procurement review

The agency publishes an identifiable Spanish legal entity, a separate U.S. business profile, regional leadership and a wide service catalog. It also provides standard pricing for its monitoring product, which gives buyers a useful benchmark for one part of the offer.

The largest diligence issue is consistency between public claims and current evidence. Absolute removal guarantees remain on the service pages even though ReputationUP's own 2026 guidance explains why removability cannot be established without case-specific assessment. The ISO certificates currently linked from the site have also passed their stated expiry dates.

A buyer should treat the signed agreement as the controlling document and verify the legal entity, guarantee remedy, current certification and cross-border data responsibilities before committing to a sensitive engagement.

Corporate record **Spanish S.L. is publicly identifiable; BBB also lists a Miami LLC using the same brand and website**

Pricing visibility **Published monitoring plans; core ORM and removal work largely requires case-specific pricing**

Main diligence issue **Absolute removal language conflicts with newer company guidance on case-specific limits**

Compliance check **The ISO certificates currently linked from the website expired in August 2025**
