Product scope

Uberall manages local reputation across the systems customers use to find individual locations

The main platform is organized around location data. Listings keep business information synchronized, Reviews centralizes customer feedback, and the wider product adds local publishing and location pages.

Listings

Location information can be managed in bulk across search engines, maps, directories and other discovery services.

Reviews

Teams can monitor reviews, generate responses, create review-request campaigns and manage customer feedback across many locations.

Local Social

The Connect package adds local social publishing, with tools for distributing localized content across location networks.

Locator and local pages

Separate website products provide location finders and local pages with analytics and local-search functionality.

Listings

Location data remains the foundation of the platform

Uberall's Listings product distributes and maintains business information across search engines, maps, directories and other discovery services.

Current directory coverage 150+

Uberall currently cites more than 150 directories, maps, search services and related discovery platforms in its Listings materials.

Administration

Bulk location management

Businesses can update information across large location portfolios through the platform, spreadsheets or API-based workflows.

Data quality

Duplicate suppression

Uberall includes tools for identifying duplicate profiles that can fragment location information and search visibility.

Profile control

Profile protection

The product monitors profile information and helps prevent unwanted changes from persisting across managed listings.

Governance

Location-level administration

The structure supports networks where corporate teams need central control while individual locations retain their own business information.

Reviews

Review management is designed for high-volume location networks

Uberall's Reviews product provides a central inbox, AI-assisted responses, review generation and reporting. Reviews Plus adds functionality for teams managing larger feedback volumes.

Responses

AI can draft replies using review context and brand guidance

Teams can review generated responses before publication. Current product materials also document bulk AI response workflows for large review volumes.

Reviews Plus

Additional tools cover sentiment and bulk response work

Reviews Plus includes multilingual sentiment analysis, AI Bulk Replies, review widgets and AI Guidelines.

Automation

Automated responses have platform-specific limits

Uberall's Product Specific Terms state that Automated Responses depend on publication-partner support and apply to star-only reviews without review text.

Third-party dependency

Review synchronization can be delayed

The contractual documentation states that incoming reviews may be subject to technical or third-party delays and may not appear in Uberall in real time.

Uberall also states that submitting a response through its platform does not guarantee that the external publication partner will publish it. AI-generated review replies remain the customer's responsibility under the current Product Specific Terms.

Buyer fit

Uberall makes the most sense when reputation is distributed across many physical locations

The product is easier to justify when individual branches, stores, restaurants, clinics or service locations each have their own search presence and review history.

Good fit

Brands managing reputation across large location networks

Retailers, restaurant groups, hospitality businesses and automotive networks can centralize location data while preserving administration at individual sites.

Healthcare, financial-services and service businesses with many customer-facing locations have a similar need for consistent profiles and review governance.

The platform is particularly relevant when listings accuracy and review operations are managed by the same central team.

Likely to overpay

Businesses whose reputation work is not location-led

A company with only a few locations and a basic review-request requirement is unlikely to use enough of the location infrastructure to justify a large deployment.

B2B companies focused on media coverage, executive reputation or corporate search results will find important parts of their brief outside Uberall's main product.

Businesses interested only in AI-search monitoring can buy GEO Studio separately and should assess whether the wider local-marketing platform is necessary.

GEO Studio

Uberall now sells a separate product for AI-search visibility

GEO Studio measures how brands and individual locations appear in AI-generated answers. The product covers share of voice, citations, competitive positioning and location-level analysis on the plans that include it.

GEO Studio also connects monitoring with recommendations and publishing workflows, allowing teams to act on issues identified in AI answers from inside the broader Uberall environment.

Monitoring

Prompts are tracked across selected answer engines

Customers define the questions and AI environments that form their monitoring program, with the number of prompts and engines determined by plan.

Location tracking

Scale includes location-level measurement

The $449 Scale plan adds location-level tracking for businesses that need to compare AI visibility across individual sites.

Sources

Citations can be inspected alongside visibility

Teams can examine external sources associated with AI answers and identify content that may be contributing to brand representation.

Cadence

Collection frequency depends on the purchased plan

Starter supports weekly or monthly tracking, Scale adds daily tracking, and the enterprise configuration supports custom cadence.

Uberall uses broader language about real-time AI visibility on some product pages. The published plan entitlements define scheduled collection frequencies, so buyers should use those entitlements when comparing monitoring cadence.
GEO Studio pricing

The first two GEO Studio plans have published prices

The current US pricing page gives buyers a public entry point into Uberall's AI-search product without requiring a full core-platform quote.

View GEO pricing ↗
Plan Price Monitoring allowance Cadence and scope
GEO Starter $109 a month 1,000 monthly credits, 50 prompts and three answer engines. Weekly or monthly tracking with unlimited users.
GEO Scale $449 a month 5,000 monthly credits, 150 prompts and five answer engines. Daily, weekly or monthly tracking, unlimited users and location-level monitoring.
GEO Studio Custom Custom prompt tracking and nine answer engines on the current US pricing page. Custom tracking frequency, enterprise integrations and dedicated setup.

Uberall's current US pricing page lists nine answer engines for the custom plan. Some localized materials still refer to eight models, so enterprise buyers should confirm the active engine list in the order documentation.

GEO Studio infrastructure

AthenaHQ is a disclosed service provider for GEO Studio

Uberall launched GEO Studio in collaboration with AthenaHQ. Its current subprocessor list provides a more specific procurement detail: NuvoTech, Inc., which operates AthenaHQ, is listed as a service provider for GEO Studio.

Disclosed subprocessor NuvoTech, Inc. (AthenaHQ)

Uberall's subprocessor disclosure states that GEO Studio may involve processing by AthenaHQ in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Buyers assessing GEO Studio should include that dependency in security and data-protection diligence.

UB-I

UB-I automates work across listings and reviews

UB-I monitors location profiles and prepares actions based on issues it identifies. Uberall says the agent is included across Show Up, Stand Out and Connect.

Listings

UB-I can identify outdated or incomplete location information and prepare changes for publication.

Reviews

The agent can prioritize customer feedback and draft review responses using the brand guidance available in the platform.

Local content

UB-I can draft localized social posts based on location-specific information and current activity.

Approval control

Current materials describe approval workflows and also allow customers to increase the level of automation for routine work.

Uberall also exposes location data and actions through Model Context Protocol. The company says external AI systems such as ChatGPT and Claude can query Uberall data and initiate actions. Enterprise buyers using MCP should review access permissions and action controls before enabling those workflows.
Core platform pricing

The package structure is public, but standard prices are not

Uberall publishes the product differences between Show Up, Stand Out and Connect. The current US page does not provide a numeric standard price for those packages.

View core plans ↗
Plan Published price Included products Available additions
Show Up Not published Uberall Essentials and Listings. Posting to Google and Apple, Analytics Plus and Collaborate Plus.
Stand Out Not published Uberall Essentials, Listings and Reviews. Reviews Plus, Posting to Google and Apple, Analytics Plus and Collaborate Plus.
Connect Not published Uberall Essentials, Listings, Reviews, Local Social and posting to Google and Apple. Reviews Plus, Analytics Plus and Collaborate Plus.

Locator & Local Pages, GEO Studio, Social Ads and other products can sit outside the core package. Buyers should obtain a written price for the complete deployment rather than treating the plan name as the full commercial scope.

Pros

  • The location-management architecture fits businesses that need central control across hundreds or thousands of customer-facing sites.
  • Listings coverage is extensive and supported by bulk administration, duplicate suppression and location-level controls.
  • Review management includes practical high-volume functions such as sentiment analysis, bulk AI replies and approval workflows.
  • GEO Studio has published entry pricing, which makes early-stage AI-search evaluation easier than a fully private enterprise quote.
  • UB-I can use existing location data to prepare operational work across the same accounts already managed inside Uberall.

Cons

  • Numeric pricing for the main Show Up, Stand Out and Connect packages remains unavailable on the public pricing page.
  • Some important capabilities remain add-ons, so the selected core package may not represent the complete deployment cost.
  • Review collection and response publication remain dependent on external platforms and are not guaranteed to operate in real time.
  • GEO Studio relies on AthenaHQ as a disclosed service provider, which adds another vendor to security and data-processing diligence.
  • Independent reviews identify reporting, synchronization and setup complexity as recurring weaknesses for some users.

Contract and data terms

The US agreement makes renewal timing and future price increases important procurement issues

Uberall publishes separate legal terms for its different contracting entities. For US customers, the Uberall Inc. terms are the relevant public baseline when Uberall Inc. is the contracting entity.

Initial term The Order defines the subscription period The standard US agreement does not impose one universal initial duration because the applicable Order sets the Initial Term.
Renewal The subscription renews unless notice is provided in time When the Order does not specify a different Termination Period, the standard US terms require notice three months before the current term expires.
Fees Standard fees are non-refundable and payable in advance The Order can establish different payment arrangements, but advance payment is the baseline contractual position.
Annual price adjustment The standard US terms permit annual increases Uberall reserves the right to adjust fees annually by the greater of the applicable US CPI measure or 5%, unless the commercial agreement changes that provision.
Third-party platforms External publication partners affect service delivery Listings and review functionality depend on services that Uberall does not control, including the publication of submitted review responses.
Liability The standard agreement contains a contractual liability cap Buyers should review the applicable cap, exclusions and any negotiated modifications in the Order before signing.

Contract terms differ across Uberall entities and product-specific terms can modify the general agreement for individual products. Buyers should verify the contracting entity, Order, Product Specific Terms and data-processing documents as one package.

What the company claims

These figures come from Uberall's current corporate and product materials. Reputation Insider has not independently audited them.

1.4M+ business locations managed with Uberall
194 countries with Uberall-managed listings
€143M total funding reported by the company
1,000+ brands or marketing teams cited across current Uberall product materials

Independent user evidence

User reviews support Uberall's multi-location use case while identifying operational friction

Reputation Insider reviewed current G2 and Capterra data alongside recent individual comments. The largest public review corpus is on G2.

4.4 / 5 G2 Based on 237 reviews when checked in September 2026
4.6 / 5 Capterra Based on 37 reviews when checked in September 2026
4.8 / 5 Customer service Capterra's customer-service score when reviewed

What users repeatedly value

Reviewers frequently praise centralized administration across many locations, easier listings maintenance and responsive customer support.

Where criticism becomes specific

Current G2 feedback identifies reporting issues, synchronization problems, setup complexity and cases where a task still needs to be completed directly in Google.

How the ratings were assessed

Some G2 reviews are seller-invited or incentivized. Reputation Insider therefore gives more weight to repeated product-specific observations than to the aggregate rating alone.

External review data: G2 and Capterra.

Reputation Insider verdict

Uberall has a clear role in large multi-location reputation operations

Listings and reviews remain the main reason to evaluate the platform. Uberall gives central teams a practical way to maintain location information and customer feedback across a large physical network, with controls suited to distributed organizations.

GEO Studio adds a credible AI-search product with unusually clear entry pricing, although buyers should account for its AthenaHQ dependency and the collection cadence attached to each plan. The commercial diligence is more difficult for the main Uberall platform because package prices remain private and the standard US contract allows annual fee adjustments.

Strongest product area Listings and review administration across large location networks
Main commercial weakness Core package prices remain unavailable without entering the buying process
AI-search assessment GEO Studio offers location-level monitoring with published Starter and Scale pricing
